Should we be worried about Big Ben and the Steelers?

    in General Discussions

Are you certain Brady doesn't want to Mut 22 coins shame Belichick and rack up the score, or have the Buccaneers erase Mac defensively. Because I do. And I think Belichick does too: he knows the potential damage this Tampa defense can impact his young quarterback, and he needs to be aware of the possibility that what the outcome will be. If Brady is looking great, and Mac appears awful, and the Bucs steamroll the Pats and the public will be talking about it. Perhaps we underestimated the Patriots' rush attack and offensive line -- Jones was the Patriots leading rusherand threw 51 times. This offensive strategy will not be successful in New England.

We all got spoiled by the fall of Tom Brady: for the vast majority of quarterbacks the fall is still shocking and steep. In the case of Ben Roethlisberger it looks like he went full Thelma and Louise on an cliff. Steven Ruiz, the Ringer's director of video productions cut Ben's throws up against the Bengals on Sunday, and then re-enacted them in grainy, western-style video footage with saloon tunes on the background. This was not only one of the most entertaining things I've seen on Monday but also the most heartbreaking, considering Ben appears to be completely washed.

The Steelers have declined to invest in the offensive line this offseason. This has resulted in an ineffective run game, despite Najee Harris being drafted in the 1st round. Harris was drafted in the first round with 19 catch. targets in the pass game on Sunday, catching 14 of them. Lindsay Rhodes had me on her podcast on Monday and offered this nugget: Harris had 109 yards after the catch for 102 receiving yards. It's amazing!

The situation is confirmed by Ben's Next Gen Stats passing charts. The combination of these two factors has made this offensive horizontal. The player doesn't have any protection and he does not have the strength to get the ball to the ground quickly.

Steelers have hoped to protect Mut 22 coins for sale but the secondary wasn't strong and the defense line is the main strong point of this team was hampered by several starters. T.J. Watt was the most prominent player exiled from the game on Sunday because of a groin strain. After he left two weeks ago, the Steelers defense was weakened and was a challenge against Joe Burrow on Sunday as well. It's incredibly difficult to imagine a way that will fix these problems.
